Frequently asked questions...
What form of payment do you take?
Cash payment only. why?
We have had some bad luck in the past, so we know what works best in order for us to stay in business while keeping costs to a minimum. We know this can be an inconvenience at times, especially when your only vehicle is broken down and y0u can't drive. That is probably why you're here, right? We know ways to work around that, and we will be happy to work with you under certain circumstances.
No payment plans.
Itemized Invoice after repairs or diagnostic services will be sent via email upon request.

Where do you service?
North Dallas / Northwest Collin County and surrounding areas.
However, if you’re outside of our area. We have additional options available on a case-by-case basis. If you’re further, get in touch, you may not be too far, and we more than likely can work something out.
tWe also have customers from all over Texas and out of state travel to us to drop them off which is another option.
Can I provide my own part(s)?
Yes, of course you can. However, we don’t believe in increasing the price of parts that we provide. You pay us what we pay for the part(s) sometimes even discounted! Labor will be the same whether you provide them, or we do. Warranty cannot be provided for parts not supplied by us.
Do you bring the tools?
Absolutely & then some! You can keep your tools clean. We come to you with all the tools and equipment needed to diagnose and complete the repairs and/or services.
What’s your labor rate?
We do things differently, we don’t charge an hourly rate, we charge by the repair(s) or service(s) needed. Each vehicle and repair is different, it would not be fair to you for us to have an hourly rate. Here is the great news, we have much less overhead than shops so we charge a fraction of the cost. If you know which repair you need done we would be happy to get you a free quote.
Hourly labor can problematic and deceiving to customers. The unexpected additional time to complete a repair can be stressful for customers, so we don’t charge by the hour. If it takes us longer to complete a repair, there are no additional fees. This eliminates the element of surprise for additional fees to complete a repair.
Then you're left wondering, did it really take that long? We are here, to be honest, no it did not! Most shops have a 2-hour minimum rate even if took them 30 minutes to complete. That's not acceptable for our standards.
What about your warranty?
We offer a 6 month / no miles warranty on labor. Most parts that we supply come with a 2 year - lifetime warranty.
-Under extremely rare circumstances even new parts can fail. If a part we supply fails within the part(s) warranty period. We can swap the part out free of charge and labor will be covered by the part manufacturer by their fault. We NEVER increase the price of parts that we supply. Therefore, it’s always recommended that we supply the parts for you so we can take can of a failed part for you (if it were to happen)!
- If you supply the part(s), the warranty for the parts will go through the manufacture /store from where the part(s) were purchased. Some manufacturers/stores will refund you for the labor that you had to pay to replace the failed part. Labor would be due again to replace a failed part you supplied. We can't guarantee the quality of parts not supplied by us. Regardless, if prefer to supply your parts, we will NEVER increase labor if you do. The majority of shops will.
We are here to help, not to make your vehicle repairs a headache. If there is ever an issue with repairs, we will always work with you to help you out and come back to resolve any issues.
