We bring the shop to you!
Collin County, Texas

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
What form of payment do you take?
We accept cash or Zelle for payment.
Why cash? We’ve found that cash is the most efficient and reliable method for our business. As a small business, we aim to keep overhead low and avoid the processing fees that come with credit and debit card transactions. While we understand cash may be inconvenient, especially if your vehicle is down, we’re happy to work with you. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
We don’t offer payment plans, but we do provide an itemized invoice after repairs or diagnostic services, which can be sent to you via email upon request.
Where do you service?
We primarily serve Collin County, Texas and surrounding areas, including McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Little Elm, Fairview, The Colony, Carrollton, Melissa, Prosper, Celina, Aubrey and other nearby locations. If you’re outside of our usual service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we may still be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
Additionally, we have customers who travel from across Texas and even out of state to bring their vehicles to us, which could be another option for you.
Can I provide my own parts?
Absolutely! We’re happy to work with parts you supply. However, we do not mark up the cost of parts we provide, and you’ll pay us exactly what we pay—sometimes even at a discount! The labor cost remains the same regardless of whether you provide the parts or we do. Please note that we can only offer a warranty on parts we supply, as we cannot guarantee the quality or fit of customer-supplied parts.
Do you bring the tools?
Absolutely—and then some! We come fully equipped with all the tools and equipment necessary to diagnose, repair, and service your vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We bring everything we need, so you can keep your tools nice and clean.
What’s your labor rate?
We don’t charge by the hour – we charge based on the repair or service your vehicle needs. Since every vehicle and repair is different, charging an hourly rate wouldn’t be fair to you. The great news is, with our low overhead compared to traditional shops, we can offer you expert service at a fraction of the cost.
Charging by the hour can sometimes lead to confusion and unexpected costs. We prefer to be transparent – if it takes us longer to complete a job, there’s no extra fee. The price we quote for your repair is the price you pay, so there are no surprises. We want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best value without hidden charges.
We also don’t believe in minimum time rates that many shops use – if a repair takes less time than expected, you won’t pay for unnecessary hours.
What about warranty?
Yes, we stand by our work! We offer a 120-day / no miles warranty on labor. Most parts that we supply come with a 2-year to lifetime warranty.
-
Parts Warranty: In the rare event that a part we supply fails within the warranty period, we’ll replace it at no additional cost to you. Any necessary labor will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s always recommended to let us supply the parts, so we can handle any issues with them on your behalf.
-
Customer-Supplied Parts: If you supply your own parts, the warranty for those parts will be handled through the manufacturer or store where they were purchased. Some stores may cover labor costs for part replacement under warranty, but we cannot guarantee the quality of parts not supplied by us. In the event of a failure, you’ll need to cover labor costs to replace the part. Rest assured, even if you supply the parts, we will never increase labor charges. Unfortunately, many shops do, but we don’t believe in that practice.
Our goal is to be as transparent and helpful as possible. If an issue arises with any repairs, we’re here to work with you to resolve it and get your vehicle back to top condition.

Note: Our labor warranty of 120 days surpasses the industry standard of 30 to 90 days, providing you with extra peace of mind knowing we stand by our work.

How soon can I get an appointment?
We typically offer same-day appointments, depending on the repair type, parts availability, and the location of your vehicle. If the parts we need are in stock, we can often get you in right away. However, if we need to order parts, we can schedule you as soon as they arrive—usually by the following day. In some cases, parts can arrive late at night (yes, it happens!), but we will get you on the schedule for the very next day or the same day the parts arrive, if possible.

Do I need to be present during the repair?
No, you don’t need to be present for the entire repair! We can often come to you at your home or work. As long as you meet us briefly when we arrive to hand over the keys and discuss the work, we can handle everything from there. Once the work is done, we’ll need you to come out for final payment and to go over the repairs and any questions you might have. After that, feel free to sit back, relax, and enjoy your day – we’ve got the hard part covered!

What if my car needs to be towed?
As a mobile service, we come to you wherever your vehicle is located. For most extensive repairs that require more time, we can assist in arranging transport to bring your vehicle to our shop. However, if the vehicle cannot be towed normally or requires a flatbed, we may not be able to assist with transport in those cases. That said, 99% of the time, we don’t need to worry about this as we can complete the repair right where your vehicle is located.
.
What happens if the issue isn’t resolved after the repair?
We stand behind our work and always aim to get the job done right the first time. If the issue persists after the repair, we’ll take a close look at what might have gone wrong and work with you to resolve it. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we’re happy to revisit the repair at no additional charge if the problem stems from our work. If the issue turns out to be something outside of what was initially diagnosed, we’ll let you know and give you a clear plan for moving forward.

Do you work on diesel vehicles?
We specialize in gas-powered vehicles. While we do have extensive diesel knowledge, we typically do not work on diesel vehicles at this time, except for very minor repairs, or diagnostics on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure — we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction if it’s something we don’t handle.

We know some of these questions might sound a little funny, but we’ve heard them all before! We’re happy to answer any questions you have, no matter how unusual they seem. We’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible!
